Bob Kustka
Bob Kustka is President of The Fusion Factor, an executive Human Resource consulting firm.
A former senior executive at The Gillette Company as well as founder of HRAuto.org and The Fusion Factor, Bob works as a workforce and productivity consultant for W.B. Mason, Draper Laboratories, Fidelity Investments and owner-managed businesses. Bob uses his unique HR experiences to help develop people strategies that fuse with business plans to build profit, including hiring, recruiting, and developing new managers.
At The Gillette Company, Bob was responsible for developing their global leadership program. Currently, Bob adapts the techniques he honed at Gillette to the unique needs of entrepreneurs and growing businesses—implementing HR strategies that help them protect and maximize ROI from their most important asset, their people.
His articles have appeared on Businessweek.com and in Dealer Magazine and have been translated for numerous international business journals.
Bob has a BS in Management from Boston College and an MS in Training and Development from Lesley University. He has been adjunct faculty at Boston University, Babson College, and Lesley University.
Bob has been a co-facilitator for The Board Forum CEO Roundtables since 2007.
