COACHING PROGRAM
Designed for
Business Owners, CEO's, managers and decision-makers, this process
begins with an accurate analysis of their strengths and their value
to the organization. It offers knowledge that enables them to negotiate
a communication system that produces more effective work teams.
It also targets characteristics that can lead the respondent from
a "manager" of people to a "leader" of people. The Executive Coaching
Program includes Management Development, Leadership Development
and Strategic Planning. Although typically an 18 month program,
coaching is effective within 3-6 months. It all depends on the issues
and the Action Plan.
The
GROWTH STRATEGIES for Peak Performance Leadership Assessment and
Coaching Program addresses areas such as interpersonal relationships,
leadership, managing change and time management, and is always tailored
to an individual's specific needs and circumstances.
