Jean Jackson
Jean Coleman Jackson brings 25 years of extensive commercial lending experience— structuring financing, evaluating rapidly growing companies, and coaching family owned businesses on credit and management issues. A gifted problem solver, Jean is skilled at asking the right questions.
Jean is Vice President of Commercial Lending for Rockland Trust Company. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Jean was the New England Regional Account Manager for CIT Group, Inc., operated a successful consulting practice—Coleman Jackson Associates, and was a Vice President of Commercial Lending Eastern Bank.
Jean was Board member and Audit Committee Chair for Sullivan Tire Company and a mentor in the company's Leadership Development Program. As Past President and Trustee of South Shore Economic Development Corporation, Jean led the Corporation to record volume loan growth and the creation of over 400 jobs. Jean has been active as Past Executive Committee Board member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce; Past Treasurer of the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce; Town of Duxbury Fiscal Advisory Committee; Town Manager Search Committee; and a 20-year member of Rotary.
Jean holds a BS in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University.
Jean has been a co-facilitator for The Board Forum CEO Roundtables since 2000.
