Laurie Kirk

Laurie Kirk founded The Board Forum CEO Roundtable in 1999 for CEO’s to come together as peers to confidentially resolve their most pressing business issues. Her expertise in strategic planning, competitive analysis, and organizational effectiveness enabled her to facilitate effective individual and enterprise growth.

Educated in organizational development and psychology, Laurie understands human behavior, its impact on the organizational system as well as the system's impact on the individual. Her leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies include Manager of Strategic Planning and Forecasting for The Gillette Company. Laurie’s experience spans various industries including manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, services, technology, health care, and publishing.

She earned her BS and MEd at Boston University. She serves on various for-profit and not-for-profit Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards.
